Majado de Yuca

Ingredientes:

  • 1 Kilogramo yuca fresca o congelada cortada en trozos
  • 1 cubito de pollo
  • ⅓ Taza de aceite de oliva
  • 4 dientes de ajo molido
  • 2 cucharadas de cilantro picadito
  • Sal al gusto.

Procedimiento:

  • Colocar a hervir en una olla los trozos de yuca junto con el agua y el cubito de pollo hasta que la yuca esté blandita.
  • Retirar el agua y majar toda la yuca.
  • Incorporar el aceite, ajo molido, perejil y sal a gusto. Mezclar todo.
  • Sirve y disfruta
