Majado de Yuca
Ingredientes:
- 1 Kilogramo yuca fresca o congelada cortada en trozos
- 1 cubito de pollo
- ⅓ Taza de aceite de oliva
- 4 dientes de ajo molido
- 2 cucharadas de cilantro picadito
- Sal al gusto.
Procedimiento:
- Colocar a hervir en una olla los trozos de yuca junto con el agua y el cubito de pollo hasta que la yuca esté blandita.
- Retirar el agua y majar toda la yuca.
- Incorporar el aceite, ajo molido, perejil y sal a gusto. Mezclar todo.
- Sirve y disfruta
